Safety and Environmental Policy

• Create awareness and safety-conscious mindset within the organization.
• Everyone has equal authority and rights concerning safety. If any abnormalities are observed or if there is doubt about the safety of an action, employees have the right to stop work or activities immediately to ensure safety and prevent harm to themselves,      assets, and partners.
• The most important goal of the organization regarding safety is to achieve zero accidents.
• Provide education, knowledge, and raise awareness among employees regarding environmentally friendly practices and encourage employee participation in adhering to environmental measures required by applicable environmental laws.

Drug and Alcohol Policy

• The company promotes good health within the organization and raises awareness about the dangers of substance abuse and alcohol by providing training and information on the prevention of substance abuse and alcohol use to promote employee health and safety.
• The company reserves the right to test employees for substance abuse and alcohol by conducting two drug tests upon commencement of employment to ensure that employees are free from drugs and alcohol.
• Promote awareness and understanding of the dangers of substance abuse.
• The company strictly prohibits the possession of drugs and illegal substances. If any violations are found, strict disciplinary actions will be taken.

• สร้างความรู้และปลูกจิตสำนึกด้านความปลอดภัยให้กับคนในองค์กร 
• ทุกคนมีอำนาจ มีสิทธิเท่าเทียมกันในเรื่องความปลอดภัย โดยหากพบเห็นสิ่งผิดปกติ หรือลังเลใจว่าสิ่งที่จะปลอดภัย ให้ใช้สิทธิ์หยุดงานหรือการกระทำดังกล่าวได้ทันที เพื่อความปลอดภัย และป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดความเสียหายแก่ตนเอง ทรัพย์สิน รวมไปถึงคู่ค้า
• เป้าหมายสำคัญที่สุดขอขององค์กรในรื่องของความปลอดภัยภัคยกำหนดให้ อุบัติเหตุเป็นศูนย์
• ให้การศึกษา ความรู้และสร้างความตระหนักให้กับพนักงานเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติที่เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อม และกระตุ้นให้พนักงานมีส่วนร่วมในการปฏิบัติตามมาตรการด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมที่อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายกำหนดเกี่ยวกับสิ่งแวดล้อม

นโยบายด้านสิ่งเสพติดและแอลกอฮอล์

• บริษัทจัดให้มีการส่งเสริมการมีสุขภาพดีในองค์กรและสร้างความตระหนักเกี่ยวกับอันตรายจากการใช้สารเสพติดและแอลกอฮอล์ โดยจัดให้มีการอบรมและการให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการป้องกันการใช้สารเสพติดและแอกอฮอล์เพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาพและความปลอดภัยของพนักงาน
• บริษัทมีสิทธิ์ที่จะตรวจสอบพนักงานเกี่ยวกับการใช้สิ่งเสพติดและและและและแอลกอฮอล์โดยการทดสอบสารเสพติดพนักงานการเริ่มปฏิบัติงาน 2 ครั้ง เพื่อสร้างความมั่นใจว่าพนักงานของบริษัทปราสจากสารเสพติดและแอลกอฮอล์
• ส่งเสริมมอบความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับอันตรายจากสารเสพติด
• บริษัทห้ามมีให้ครอบครองสารเสพติดและสิ่งของผิดกฎ หากตรวจพบว่ามีการผ้าฝืนจะดำเนินการลงโทษอย่างเด็ดขาด
